[1] One individual, Kerrick Ross, an obscure male model from Louisville, has claimed to have slept with Birkhead over a span of two months in 2000. Ross told the National Enquirer in April 2007, "America doesn�t know the whole story about Larry Birkhead... He apparently had sex with Anna Nicole and fathered her baby, but there is no question: He also had sex with me! We were together for about two months and had sex 8 to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me." Birkhead has hired attorney Martin Singer to file lawsuits over this allegation.
